André has led plant startups, operations, and management for heavy industrial production facilities ranging from steel manufacturing to alternative iron processes such as, (direct reduced iron, hot briquetted iron, and iron carbide) to ferrous and non-ferrous scrap recycling along with advanced recovery plants. Across his career, André has been accountable for overall P&L, operations, risk mitigation, safety, and compliance.

Serving in various management and executive positions at several of the largest recyclers in the industry, Mike has overseen and had direct involvement in the recycling of over $5bn of scrap metal domestically and internationally on behalf of industrial and Fortune 500 clients. Through this experience Mike has developed a broad national accounts network, and maintains core competencies across areas including salvage operations, metal commodity pricing, and environmental regulatory compliance. Recent experience includes direct operational management of a shredder yard and multiple recycling facilities across the US.

Multidisciplinary renewables manager having served in buy-side, sell-side and consulting capacities across a diverse range of project technologies, markets, and financing structures. Will has directly led project execution and construction for brownfield, C&I, and utility-scale projects, in addition to asset onboarding, appraisal and model ownership for tax equity, and technical due diligence of PV and BESS projects. Experienced in working with developers, EPCs, and investors, Will has an acute understanding of the challenges renewables firms face in the planning, entitlements, execution, and operations stages of the solar asset life-cycle.
