Founded in 2023, we have seen first-hand from both the recycling and renewable energy industries the need for a scalable, cost-effective solution that addresses the environmental and economic dilemma owners are faced with when modules need to be retired or disposed.

André Pujadas
André Pujadas is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of OnePlanet Recycling, an advanced materials recovery processor specializing in end-of-life solar panels. With more than 25 years of leadership across heavy industry, André has built a career around launching, scaling, and optimizing high-performance operations—ranging from greenfield steel mills and alternative iron processes (DRI, HBI) to complex ferrous and non-ferrous recycling systems. Prior to founding OnePlanet, André held senior executive roles at PSC Metals, Severstal North America, and Nucor Corporation (NYSE: NUE), where he began his career under the leadership of industry legends. At Nucor, he advanced to Plant Manager of the company’s DRI facility in Trinidad (Nu-Iron) and later served as Executive Vice President overseeing international operations. Most recently, André acted as a lead technical advisor to Big River Steel (NYSE: X) following his successful leadership of PSC Metals through its strategic divestiture from Icahn Enterprises to SA Recycling. Known for his expertise in electric arc furnace (EAF) steelmaking, raw material strategy, and complex industrial turnarounds, André has been at the forefront of deploying first-of-a-kind technologies across both legacy and emerging industrial sectors. André holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the West Indies and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.




Connor Hogan
Connor brings over a decade of finance experience in the renewable energy industry spanning both early-stage, high-growth startups such as Euclid Power and Pine Gate Renewables, as well as infrastructure private equity funds such as Goldman Sachs Asset Management’s Renewable Power Group (NYSE: GS), now called MN8. In his role as Chief Financial Officer, Connor leads OnePlanet’s fundraising activity, investor relations, financial reporting and treasury/controller functions. Most recently, Connor was a Senior Associate at Euclid Power where he assisted major infrastructure investors and developers with financial modeling, portfolio/project M&A, and FP&A advisory on over 5GW of PV and BESS assets. Prior to that, Connor worked in the Credit Alternatives division of Goldman Sachs Asset Management working on a variety of financing structures, products and transactions within the solar and storage industries. Connor holds a BSBA in Business Administration from the University of Florida.




Mike Creel
Mike has spent over three decades working with some of the most well-known metals recyclers in the United States, most notably PSC Metals and Commercial Metals Company (NYSE: CMC). Through this experience Mike has overseen and had direct involvement in the recycling of over $5bn in scrap metal domestically and internationally on behalf of industrial and F500 clients. Through this experience, Mike has developed both a broad national accounts network and strong operational knowledge of advanced recovery and recycling plants. In his current role, Mike serves as the Vice President of MRO where he is responsible for overseeing all operations related to the maintenance, repair and overhaul of equipment and machinery – translating to improved equipment lifecycles, reliability and efficiency across OnePlanet’s operations.



Ryan Simpson
Ryan brings over 25 years of sales and marketing experience – 18 spent in the PV industry –with a strong commercial background spanning module, racking and inverter sales facing utility-scale clients. In his current role as Vice President of Sales & Business Development, Ryan spearheads our sales teams’ efforts, helping both new and existing clients develop comprehensive recycling solutions for their fleets of operating, construction and development assets. Prior to joining OnePlanet, Ryan held senior sales positions at major renewables OEMs such as Trina Solar, Array Technologies (NYSE: ARRY) and most recently, Power Electronics where he managed a pipeline of 20+ GW of utility-scale projects across North America.




Will Creel
With extensive, multidisciplinary experience in renewable energy project development (green & brownfield), execution and acquisitions, Will leads OnePlanet’s facility expansion strategy as Vice President of Development. In his role, Will is responsible for the buildout of OnePlanet’s national pipeline of recycling facilities, managing schedule, budget and execution risk throughcommissioning and commercial operations. Additionally, Will oversees strategic cross-departmental initiatives for new business opportunities, controls and processes ensuring a seamless experience for our employees, contractors and customers. Prior to co-founding OnePlanet, Will led technical and commercial due diligence for PV & BESS project acquisitions at Euclid Power as the first company employee. Before Euclid, Will held diligence and execution roles at Goldman Sachs Renewable Power (NYSE: GS) as well as development roles at Pine Gate Renewables.




Vince Caswell
With over 30 years of experience in the industrial manufacturing sector, Vince brings a wealth of technical expertise to the team. As a Plant Manager at OnePlanet, Vince is responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations – from production planning and execution to quality control and supply chain management. Before joining OnePlanet, he held multiple leadership roles at 3M (NYSE: MMM), where he was responsible for global manufacturing strategy and operational improvements across multiple divisions with billions in annual sales. Prior to 3M, Vince held engineering and operations roles at Koch Industries and Dow Chemical (NYSE: DOW) where he managed complex chemical production processes, led new product scale-ups, and introduced advanced controls. His expertise spanning plant management, supply chain optimization and strategic planning make him a key asset in industrial-scale recycling and sustainable manufacturing. Vince holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Texas Tech University and MS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Houston. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Practitioner.
